• Laundry: On-site coin laundry facilities with washers and dryers.

• Outdoor Meeting Area: Space for gatherings and events.

• Dump Station: Available for RV waste disposal for a fee.

• Fishing: Access to Vallecito Lake and Pine River for fishing.

• Fish cleaning station available at boat ramp.

• Boat ramp for registered guest use.

• Hiking & Biking: Trails available for hiking and biking.

• Wildlife Viewing: Opportunities to see local wildlife, including deer and various bird species.

• Stargazing: Clear night skies ideal for stargazing at 7,650 feet elevation.

• Pets Allowed: Dogs are welcome; a fee of $5 per night per pet applies.

• Leash Policy: Pets must be kept on a leash when outside your vehicle.

• Pet Limit: Two pets per site.
