From Bayfield head NORTH from the traffic light on County Road 501 towards Vallecito Lake.  Continue around the WEST side of the lake (NOT ACROSS THE DAM.  Road is paved.  At the "Y" in the road stay right on PUBLIC ROAD towards Middle Mountain Campground and THROUGH  Elk Point Lodge property.  Head down the hill across small bridge at bottom of hill and you will have arrived at 5 Branches Camper Park.
